FOLLOW MY 3 MONTH JOURNEY TO THE NEW ME. 90 DAYS OF INTENSE WORKOUTS AND A DAILY VIDEO DIARY OF HOW I'M DOING IT.
MISSION STATEMENT
It all began about 8 months ago when I decided to finally stop talking about getting into shape and just do it. The most I have ever weighed was 263 pounds. I was at 255 when I started my intense workouts and in 5 1/2 months got down to 170. I can't explain how awesome it felt to accomplish such a task. I always knew that I could do it, I just had to put in the effort. The most amazing thing about the whole experience wasn't how I looked or that I had actually achieved my goal of getting my six pack back. THE most amazing thing was how it inspired others to get into shape when they saw my huge transformation.
My whole purpose in this blog is to continue to do that and not just inspire the people I know but to try and reach out to inspire millions. Anyone can accomplish anything if they just put their mind to it and put in the effort. Nothing in life is easy and working out twice a day for 5 months wasn't easy at all, but I did it.
I'm not trying to sell you on my workout, it's not about that. It's just putting in the time and effort to make it happen for You! It's amazing how my life changed when I achieved my goal. The confidence I gained, the way I felt about my mind, body and soul had changed. Things with work and my goal of Directing my 1st feature film even got better. Life is a funny thing and we can't always control it but we can control what we eat and what we do with our time.
I wanted to show everyone how I did it, so I had this crazy idea to put 35 pounds back on and do just that. I will be filming myself everyday for 3 months. And at the end not only show you some before and after pictures but show you a daily tranformation. Edited togehter you will see in a 45 second clip my fat melt away and my muscle grow.
Anyone can lose 85 pounds ANYONE. And if you don't have that much to lose then it's even easier. I will be posting a daily video diary on here for the next 3 months while I'm going through this change. So follow my progress and join in with your own goal of getting into shape. YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING, ANYTHING!!! So stop talking the talk and lets do this!!!
